KCI Invest stands for experience and competence in the real estate sector. The founder and manager Kalliopi Charitonidou gathered her knowledge in 17 years as project developer in leadership positions at international enterprises. Since 2012 she works in her own agency and is glad to let her partners and customers profit from her independence.
KCI Invest finances projects as an investor or works together in joint-ventures or with international financers. A good cooperation with architects, building contractors and other service providers on the basis of stability, values and a good teamwork guarantees her success.
Kalliopi Charitonidou was born in the state of Hesse (area around Frankfurt/Germany) and enjoys living in Frankfurt in the third generation with Greek roots. In both of her native countries, Germany and Greece, she is already involved in an honorary capacity in the educational area for many years.
